We are currently growing rapidly and are developing an industry that has never been developed before. Due to this we now require a dedicated resource who can manage our vendors. This includes everything from researching good options for our different lines of produce as well as managing relationships with vendors who will become our partners and sell their produce online. All steps involved to vet, acquire, price, and ensure timely procurement with quality will fall under the realm of this role. A great focus on going organic in the future will mean quite some travelling and know how on the happenings in the organic realm in Pakistan.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a team player who can multitask, has attention to detail and is very process oriented.a Highly Result Driven, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented and highly Adaptable HR Professional, someone who is a People Person and possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills, who enjoys Recruitment and be able to lead a small team. We require very specific skill set for the position in the Tech industry.
The Job incumbent is responsible to develop Talent Pool and manage Current and Future needs of the organization from Sourcing candidates till the Onboarding. To be successful in this role, you should have Excellent Job Knowledge, Great Communication & Negotiation Skills and adequate Experience in the field of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will attact the best talent from the market and close the positions in the specified period of time, provide value added recruitment activities, you will also find the best Cultural fit to enable the success of Mandi Express and make it a Employer of Choice in the Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or experience on Zoho People
- To identify , Innovate and Create Sourcing Ideas , methods through Social media , Direct Sourcing , Head Hunting and be able to use advance sourcing techniques to identify top talent
- Strong business acumen ,connect with top talent and ability to translate business priorities into talent priorities and a keen understanding and knowledge of the differences between various roles within organizations
- To measure Recruitment Metrics Time to fill each position , Cost per hire and so on
- To promote Meritocracy and ensure all candidates are treated equally and fairly
- To promote EEO and Diversity in the organization at all levels
- To participate in Career Fairs , Campus Recruitment ,Workshops , CSR and introduce MandiExpress at various platforms
- To conduct Candidate Satisfaction Surveys and create process maps to drive simplification ,effeciency and improvement in whole recruitment and selection cycle
- To assist designing Internship and MX Learship programs to hire best new talent
- To assist creating Job Profiles and Design accurate Job Descriptions
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources , Psychology or in the related field (preferably foreign Graduate)
Experience:
2-4 years in core Recruitment , Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding (preferably international experience)
Experience of working on Asana Software ,Slack ,Google Sheet ,Hangout and related applications
