Assistant Manager HR Required in Sukkur Jobs for The Citizen Foundation:

DESCRIPTION

This position will be responsible for ensuring implementation and alignment of HR management strategy, in PS-South and FS-Central regions, which broadly falls under the following 6 main Key Result Areas:
Quality of Principals
  • To assist PS-South and FS-Central Regional teams for area wise-cluster wise outreach for hiring of quality local Principals
  • To ensure smooth facilitation and conduct of Assessment Centres and panel interviews for hiring of quality Principals in both the Regions
  • To ensure newly inducted Principals in the Regions go through the designed job shadowing program
  • To ensure newly inducted Principals go through a rigorous confirmation process and ensure their timely confirmation
  • To facilitate in organizing Region calibration meetings and completion of Principal appraisal paperwork through Area Teams
  • To regularly follow up with Area teams for finalization and completion of Performance Improvement plans (PIPs)

Quality of Teachers
  • To ensure that Teacher hiring process is strictly being followed across the Areas and induction scores, localization levels etc are being tracked
  • To emphasize the importance of local Female Faculty hiring across the Areas and ensure local Faculty hiring
  • To ensure timely completion, maintenance and quality of Teacher hiring data through online trackers
  • To ensure timely collection of data from schools through Areas for core communication print (including Nardbaan, Bazm-e-TCF) and for all Faculty awards
  • To ensure need based school visits are conducted in relation to “HR related alert areas”

Quality of Regional Management
  • To act as the main liaison point for HO HR on Regional management HR matters
  • To assist HOHR team for outreach for various Regional positions especially Area Team positions across the Areas
  • To coordinate and facilitate orientation of all newly hired employees within one month of their joining
  • To facilitate in conducting Annual performance appraisal for all Regional staff in consultation with HO HR including wrap up/completion of appraisal paperwork/online forms
  • To assist Sr. Manager HR in ensuring strong implementation of the employee engagement and retention plan, periodically providing feedback to HO HR

Operational Excellence
  • To assist Sr. Manager HR for ensuring effective implementation of policies and processes across the Region to achieve operational excellence
  • To ensure timely collection and dispatching of employee documentation (for new joiners and other transactions) to HO HR so that letters and payroll can be timely processed
  • To ensure quality verification of employee documentation (for new joiners and other transactions) received by Area Teams, before dispatching to HO HR, to ensure correct policy and SOP implementation
  • To ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of HR Regional record
  • To manage Faculty and Non- Faculty internal transfers, promotion, leave, salary revision/enhancement and resign cases as per policy and process
  • To play a key role in change management across the Region
  • To ensure compliance of data reporting on TMMS and ensure regular periodic review of the shortages being reported

Good Governance
  • To be open and accessible to Faculty and Non Faculty in both the regions
  • To inform and advise HO HR of any emerging grievance or legal issues immediately to ensure timely action
  • To facilitate HO HR for timely investigation and resolution of employee concerns ranging from quality, safety and people issues
  • To ensure legal compliance by facilitating HO HR in monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations by location

Organization Oversight
  • To serve as a regional expert for HR related matter
  • To partake in special projects including research based projects or activities assigned by HO HR

EDUCATION

Graduate (preferably in HRM) from an accredited institution

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of work experience
